You’re doing your part—you’re eating healthy, working out, and showing up... but nothing is changing.
The scale won’t budge. Your energy isn’t bouncing back. You’re wondering if all this effort is even worth it.
Friend, I see you—and more importantly, God sees you.
Today on the Strong. Confident. His. Podcast, we’re digging into this exact struggle and unpacking how to trust God with your fitness journey—even when you’re not seeing results.
This isn’t about pushing harder or being more perfect. This is about surrender, truth, and faith-fueled action.
Let’s press on—together, with Jesus leading the way.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)
This verse isn’t just a reminder—it’s a lifeline when you feel discouraged.
When you’ve been working hard, eating right, showing up—and nothing seems to be changing—it’s easy to lean on your own understanding. But God’s Word gently shifts our focus.
He’s saying, “Daughter, trust Me. Acknowledge Me in your journey. I will guide you. I see what you can’t see, and I’m working even when it feels like nothing is happening.”
Let this Scripture anchor you as you move forward in faith. He’s directing your path—even when the results aren’t visible yet.
“Kim taught me that God wants me to turn to Him, not the world. The more I sought answers from the world, the more I was turning away from Him. Through The Fit God’s Way 30-Day Transformation, I’ve learned so much truth and grown closer to God. I used to be stuck in a cycle of stopping and starting, but now I choose grace daily. I’m not chasing worldly perfection—I’m walking with Jesus. And that has changed everything.”

This isn’t just about working harder—it’s about letting God work in you. His power is made perfect in your weakness.
→ Let go of striving. Invite Him into your workouts, your meals, and your mindset.
“You’re failing.” “This isn’t working.” “You’ll never change.”
Those are lies from the enemy—and they do not get to have the final word.
→ Replace lies with truth. You are God’s masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10). He is doing a new thing in you—even if you can’t see it yet.
Even when results are slow, keep moving in faith. Show up. Speak life. Stay planted.
You don’t need to see the harvest today to know that God is working.
Dear God,
I’m tired of doing all the right things and feeling like nothing is changing. But I trust You. I choose to lean on Your strength instead of my own. I acknowledge You in my workouts, my food choices, and my mindset. I know You will direct my path. Please renew my mind, restore my joy, and remind me that You are working behind the scenes. I surrender my results to You.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Find a quiet moment with God and walk through these questions:
God, what do You want me to know about my health today?
Is there anything I need to surrender?
What truth do You want me to replace the lies with?
Thank Him and pray Proverbs 3:5–6 back to Him.
A: Because the world has lied to us. We’ve been sold quick fixes, extreme diets, and “miracle” results—but there’s no shortcut to lasting, God-honoring health. You can’t cheat your way to transformation. Real health must be earned with consistency, patience, and obedience.
That’s why Jesus must be the centerpiece of your fitness journey. Without Him, it’s easy to fall into frustration, comparison, and defeat. But with Him, you’ll find the peace, grace, self-control, and faithfulness you need to persevere.
Physical results may be slow, but God is doing a deeper work in your heart. Trust that He is transforming you from the inside out—even when the scale or mirror doesn’t reflect it yet (Proverbs 3:5–6).
A: Motivation fades, but faith can fuel you for the long haul. Start by surrendering your goals to God in prayer. Replace the lies (“I’ll never change”) with truth (“God is directing my path”). And take one small, faithful step each day—even if you don’t feel like it.
A: Yes! God cares about every part of your life—including your health. When you invite Him into your fitness journey, it becomes less about appearance and more about obedience, stewardship, and honoring the body He gave you (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).
A: Pause and pray. Ask God for strength, direction, and peace. Then revisit your “why.” Are you doing this to honor God and take care of your body—or trying to meet unrealistic, worldly standards? Surrender the outcome to Him and trust that progress is still being made.
A: It’s a Christ-centered course designed to help you stop striving and start thriving in your health. Inside, you’ll get Biblical truth, practical workouts, recipes, mindset tools, and the support you need to create lasting change—God’s way.
